A New Coastal Development
Florida Beach Estate is a new property development in Dawesville, Western Australia. It has everything you need for your family with 3 schools (two primary and one high school) in the vicinity. Supermarkets and shops will also be launching in the future.
For activities you can join the locals for swimming and surfing at the local beaches, or fishing. You’ll have access to the Cut golf course as well.

The website was built with the WordPress platform, making it very user-friendly for the client to add and edit their own content.
The site was created to show off the local area and the various activities that home owners can enjoy. For example, videos that showcase the impressive viewing points and boat rides, imagery that highlights the local beaches.
The “Your Local” page displays an aerial photo of the property and surroundings, marking the local features. A social media feed for Florida Beach Estate’s Instagram account was also implemented.
The “Now Selling” page features the various stages of the development of Florida Beach Estate, and highlights which properties are sold and which are for sale. Each listing as a customised email icon that when clicked, opens up the user’s local email client and auto-populates the subject field.
The site was created to be both SEO-friendly and mobile-friendly.
