TIDDOX is a nationwide cleaning rags, wipes and cloths specialist. They are an independent Australian-owned business, with warehouses on both the west and east coasts. They offer an extensive selection of commercial cleaning products suited to every spill or mess.
Tiddox approached Lilo to create a new Magento-based eCommerce website, and showcase their variety of high-quality cleaning products.
Lilo recommended the use of Magento in order for Tiddox staff to manage their own inventory.
With its intuitive interface, adding / editing and categorising products was made easy. This also minimised the need for future development work, with Tiddox keeping their own content up to date.
The new website was also mobile-friendly, meaning that their users could view their full catalog of products from any device.
A simple news blog was also added to help explain the use of their specialist products, and also boost site content (and their search engine rankings for particular keywords / phrases).
Update
In 2019, Lilo handled the transfer of the Tiddox Magento site over to WordPress.
